"A wise man should have money in his head, but not in his heart."
Jonathan Swift (1667 - 1745)

As a child I never understood the big deal with math. I even at one time had a math scholarship and found the topic too boring to lead as a vocation. I later realized it was a skill to be applied in research and analysis.

I found my way into investing in futures market initially and learned the ropes in a rough sea. Later I moved to successful stock investing and now only trade options.

I have many endeavors I enjoy, but investing is one I have considered following as a vocation. Having spoken with friends who are brokers I realize I am certainly a solid candidate for the Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. I have also looked into CFA certification.
