Investing "There's
a fine line between genius and insanity. I have erased this line." As a child I never understood the big deal with math. I even at one time had a math scholarship and found the topic too boring to lead as a vocation. I later realized it was a skill to be applied in research and analysis. I found my way into investing in futures market initially and learned the ropes in a rough sea. Later I moved to successful stock investing and now only trade options. I have many endeavors I enjoy, but investing is one I have considered following as a vocation. Having spoken with friends who are brokers I realize I am certainly a solid candidate for the Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. I have also looked into CFA certification. Since May 5, 2007, I have had a 65.9% increase trading options. Annualized it is 84.2%. My preferred areas are equities related to energy and precious metals. I also trade financials from time to time. As a trader, I feel equally comfortable trading on either the put or call side. Most positions I usually take last no longer than 4-6 weeks. |
